Bogor — The Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education (FAIPG) at Djuanda University conducted a friendship visit and signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Al-Andalus International Islamic Boarding School for male and female students in the Sukamakmur and Jonggol areas on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
The activity was part of an effort to strengthen the relationship between higher education institutions and Islamic boarding schools in supporting the development of more advanced and relevant Islamic education in response to contemporary needs.
During the visit, FAIPG Unida was represented by the Dean of FAIPG, Dr. Abdul Kholik, M.Pd.I., along with a lecturer from the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Dr. Muhammad Rendi Ramadhani, M.Pd.I. The delegation was warmly welcomed by KH. Dr. Nurdin Apud Sarbini, Lc., M.Pd., as the Mudir ‘Am (Head Leader) of Al-Andalus International Islamic Boarding School.
In addition to the signing of the cooperation agreement, the activity also included a faculty promotion session and the introduction of FAIPG Djuanda University’s flagship programs to the boarding school.
Through this collaboration, both institutions are expected to build meaningful partnerships that contribute to the advancement of Islamic education and the development of a generation that is knowledgeable, accomplished, and of strong moral character.
