Assisting the Education and MSME Improvement Program, FAIPG UNIDA Deploys KKN Students to Palasari Cijeruk Village

The Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDA) Bogor handed over students who will carry out Real Work Lectures (KKN) in Palasari Village, Cijeruk District, Bogor Regency. The handover ceremony took place on Tuesday, July 23 2024, and was received directly by the Palasari Village Head at the local village office.

KKN is a form of community service that involves collaboration between lecturers and students. This program aims to foster empathy and concern in the academic community for the real problems faced by society, as well as supporting sustainable development that makes the nation's life smarter and improves society's welfare.

Field Supervisor (DPL), Megan Asri Humaira, M.Hum, stated that the main focus of FAIPG UNIDA KKN in Palasari Village is in the fields of education and MSMEs.

"We hope that the implementation of this KKN program can motivate people about the importance of education so that they can take a minimum education in accordance with the government regulation of 9 years of compulsory education," he said. 

Meanwhile, Anne Effane, M.Pd, as another DPL added, this KKN program is a concrete manifestation of UNIDA's contribution to community development and is expected to have a positive impact on the progress of Palasari Village.

"MSMEs can also build more advanced villages. God willing"One of the KKN programs that will be implemented by these students is Village MSMEs, so this program is in line with the Palasari Village program," he said.
