FAIPG Dean Attends Higher Education Leadership Capacity Building Activities (PKKPT)

The Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Juanda University (UNIDA) attended the Higher Education Leadership Capacity Building (PKKPT) activity for Leaders. This activity was launched by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Ditjen Diktiristek) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) in collaboration with the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) and Padjadjaran University which was carried out offline for 7 days.

It was reported in the material presented at this activity that PKKPT is a university leader assignment program in 2023 held for Deans/Directors of Postgraduate Schools within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology to conduct leadership training. The objectives of the Higher Education Leadership Capacity Building Program (PKKPT), firstly increase the leadership capacity of Indonesian higher education institutions with good or lower accreditation by implementing the proven iHiLead curriculum design, and secondly improve the quality of higher education institutions by expanding the leadership network of higher education institutions in Indonesia by spirit of collaboration and synergy.

Dr. Zahra Khusnul Lathifah, M.Pd.I., M.C.E. as Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Juanda University (UNIDA), conveyed several things related to the Higher Education Leadership Capacity Building (PKKPT) activities

"Alhamdulillah, I am grateful for being given the opportunity to attend this activity. This activity has many benefits, one of which is that I hope that I and all those who take part in this activity will gain insight into higher education management in strategic planning and also be obedient to management, and also be able to "help improve the quality of higher education," he said

As information in the material released during this activity, the program output in this program is in the form of change project designs (6 proposals) and mapping of the leadership and managerial capacity of PKKPT program participants.
