The Lecturer Professional Development Bureau (BPPD) Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA) concluded its mentoring roadshow activities related to Lecturer Academic Positions (JAD), Integrated Resource Information Systems (SISTER), and Lecturer Certification (SERDOS) at the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG). This activity was carried out on Friday (10/1/2025) in Classroom 4.01 FAIPG UNIDA.
On this occasion, UNIDA Deputy Chancellor II Prof. Dr. Henny Nuraeny, S.H., M.H in his presentation emphasized the importance of updating personal data for a lecturer.
"Every lecturer is required to update personal data and this update is submitted via two channels, namely through the Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER) and documents," he said.
Prof. Dr. Henny Nuraeny, S.H., M.H also explained how to improve JAD as a lecturer.
"Things that must be done to take care of JAD are taking care of the Lecturer Workload (BKD), the initial calculation of lecturers for promotion from the moment the lecturer receives the appointment decree, and fulfilling the higher education tridharma each semester consistently with linear expertise," he explained.
