The Institute for Research, Community Service and Scientific Development (LP3K) Juanda University (UNIDA) concluded its Roadshow activities related to assisting in making research proposals at the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) on Friday (7/2/2025) in Classroom 4.01 FAIPG UNIDA. This activity is part of a series of outreach activities carried out by LP3K to various faculties regarding research and innovation funding programs.

Prof. Dr. Rasmitadila, M.Pd explained that LP3K UNIDA has an annual internal funding grant program aimed at novice lecturers who are not yet eligible to apply for a Diktisaintek grant.

On the same occasion, Prof. Dr. Rasmitadila, M.Pd emphasized that considering the deadline for submitting BRIN proposals which will end on February 28 2025, he emphasized the importance of the internal review process by LP3K first in order to increase the chances of success so that the proposal can pass for funding.

“We hope that all process upload proposals can go through the process review "first through LP3K UNIDA so that the proposal can pass for funding," he said.

Prof. Dr. Rasmitadila, M.Pd also said that BRIN itself is currently opening eight funding schemes including RIIM Competition, Expedition, Invitation, Start-Up, Health Innovation Product Testing, Agricultural Innovation Product Testing, Research Collaboration Center, and Collaboration RIIM. One of the highlights is the second wave of the RIIM Expedition with the theme Expedition and Exploration of the Diversity of Indonesian Society and Culture which includes research on religion, entities, arts, traditions, local knowledge, language, literature and other relevant topics in four strategic areas.

“This grant opens up opportunities for researchers through eight comprehensive funding schemes. We see that this second wave of the RIIM Expedition is an opportunity for ladies and gentlemen to explore the socio-cultural riches of Indonesia. "This program not only covers religious and traditional aspects, but also provides space for research on local wisdom, language and literature in four strategic areas," he said.
