UNIDA FAIPG Lecturers Visit the Bukit Katil National High School Malaysia, Carry Out International Community Service

The Djuanda University (UNIDA) delegation which is part of the Asean Academic Association continues to implement the international tridharma in the program Visit Academic and Conference 2024 Batch II by carrying out community service activities at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Bukit Katil, Melaka, Malaysia, on Wednesday (3/7/2024).

 

The UNIDA delegation consisted of Dr. Radif Khotamir Rusli, M.Ed., M.C.E, Dr. Irman Suherman, S.Pd.I., M.Pd, Dr. Sudiman Sihotang, S.H., M.H, Mas Nur Mukmin, S.Ak., M.Ak., Afmi Apriliani, S.Sos., M.A.P, and Wilna Iznilillah, S.TP., M.TP, were warmly welcomed by the leadership as well teachers who teach at Bukit Katil Vocational School, Melaka, Malaysia.

 

 

The principal of SMK Bukit Katil, Encik Shahar bin Bakar, in his speech said that, in fact, teachers both at school and at a university have an important role in imparting knowledge, especially in shaping the character of students.

 

Present on the same occasion, Asean Academic Association partner from Universiti Geomatics Malaysia, Prof. Dr. Abaidullah Bin Mustaffa said that cooperation between universities and schools is very necessary in order to improve the quality of education.

 

Therefore, through this program it is hoped that it can encourage universities in Indonesia to collaborate with schools in Malaysia. This collaboration includes activities in the form of: workshop or similar that can provide benefits for both parties. Apart from that, it is also hoped that students can continue their higher education at universities in Indonesia.
