FAIPG UNIDA Lecturer Earns Doctoral Degree in Qur’anic and Tafsir Studies

Bogor — A lecturer of the Islamic Education Study Program at the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education (FAIPG), Djuanda University, Dr. Fachrur Razi Amir, M.Ag., has officially earned a doctoral degree in Qur’anic and Tafsir Studies after completing his doctoral promotion examination at Universitas PTIQ Jakarta on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

The doctoral promotion examination took place at the Graduate School Building of Universitas PTIQ Jakarta from 9:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. During the examination, he defended his dissertation entitled “Language Politeness from the Perspective of the Qur’an as a Preventive Measure in Educational Environments.”

The dissertation discusses the importance of applying language politeness based on Qur’anic values as an effort to create a harmonious, conducive, and character-based educational environment.

This achievement marks a proud academic accomplishment for the entire FAIPG Djuanda University community. The doctoral degree is expected to further strengthen his contribution to the development of Islamic education as well as Qur’anic and Tafsir studies.
