ogor — The Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education (FAIPG) at Universitas Djuanda, in collaboration with the Bureau of Human Resources (BSDI), conducted a socialization session regarding the proposal for Academic Rank Promotion (JAD) for lecturers to the levels of Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) and Professor (Guru Besar) as part of the Phase I submission for 2026.
The activity was held on Monday, April 27, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM (WIB) until completion, at the FAIPG Room. This session was mandatory for all lecturers within the FAIPG environment.
The purpose of this activity was to provide lecturers with a comprehensive understanding of the procedures, requirements, and mechanisms for applying for academic rank promotion in accordance with the applicable regulations. Through this session, lecturers are expected to better prepare the required documents in a more structured and optimal manner.
Based on the attached document, several lecturers have been proposed for promotion to the ranks of Associate Professor and Professor. These proposals reflect ongoing efforts to enhance the academic career development of lecturers within FAIPG.
Through the collaboration between FAIPG and the Bureau of Human Resources of Universitas Djuanda, it is expected that the academic promotion process will run systematically in accordance with established procedures and contribute positively to improving the quality of human resources within the faculty.
