Bogor – The Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education (FAIPG) of Djuanda University (UNIDA) awarded degrees to 73 graduates of its 53rd Graduation Cohort on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Room G.401, Djuanda University. The degree awarding marked the completion of the graduates' academic journey and the fulfillment of all academic requirements prior to officially receiving their diplomas.
The graduates comprised 37 from the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program, 26 from the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program, and 10 from the Arabic Language Education (PBA) Study Program. The degree awarding was conducted in stages according to the schedule of each study program.
The event was attended by the Dean of FAIPG UNIDA, Dr. Abdul Kholik, M.Pd.I., accompanied by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Helmia Tasti Adri, S.Pd., M.Pd.Si. Also in attendance were the Head of the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Dr. Syukri Indra, M.Pd.I., the Secretary of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Irwan Efendi, S.H., M.Pd., the Head of the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Didin Syamsyudin, S.Pd., M.M.Pd., as well as the administrative staff of FAIPG, who supported the smooth implementation of the event.
On the same occasion, alumni also presented educational facilities to the faculty as a contribution to the enhancement of learning infrastructure. Alumni of the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program donated two 65-inch Smart TVs, while alumni of the Islamic Education Management (MPI) and Arabic Language Education (PBA) Study Programs donated 30 sets of desks and chairs along with one 2 PK air conditioning unit. The donations were symbolically received by the faculty leadership.
Before receiving their diplomas, all graduates had fulfilled the academic and administrative requirements in accordance with the regulations of the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education, Djuanda University.
The degree awarding ceremony marked the official completion of the academic journey of the 53rd Graduation Cohort at FAIPG Djuanda University. Through this occasion, the faculty expressed its hope that its graduates would apply the knowledge they have acquired, uphold the good reputation of their alma mater, and make meaningful contributions to society and the field of education.
