FAIPG Djuanda University Holds Structural Meeting on SOTK Socialization to Increase Efficiency and Collaboration

The Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University held a structural meeting aimed at holding a structural meeting aimed at socializing the latest Organizational Structure and Work Procedures (SOTK) to the entire faculty academic community. Taking place in the FAIPG meeting room, this event was attended by faculty leaders, administrative staff, lecturers and representatives of related units. (13/07/2022)

The Dean of FAIPG started the meeting by stating that SOTK socialization was very important to increase faculty operational efficiency and increase cross-unit collaboration. The new SOTK is designed to better suit organizational needs and current issues. In his speech, the Dean stated, "We hope that faculty performance can continue to improve with a clearer understanding of the structure and workflow."

The participants received a detailed explanation of the structural positions, division of tasks, and new work procedures that would be implemented during this meeting. It is hoped that this SOTK adjustment will facilitate coordination between units and define roles and responsibilities for each position, from leadership to executive staff.

"A solid organizational structure will be the foundation for FAIPG in creating a professional and harmonious work environment," explained the Deputy Dean. He also stated that this SOTK will bring positive changes in the flow of communication and management, so that it is more in line with the vision and mission of FAIPG and Djuanda University.

In the question and answer session, several lecturer representatives expressed their hope that SOTK could become an effective guide for improving the quality of academic services and developing staff competency. Meeting participants actively talked about and provided input regarding the implementation of this SOTK.

To ensure optimal implementation of SOTK, FAIPG Djuanda University will immediately begin further steps, such as training and workshops for staff and lecturers. With the implementation of this SOTK, FAIPG will become an increasingly flexible and superior faculty in supporting student achievement and developing the professionalism of teaching staff.
