The Association of Islamic Private Higher Education Institutions of Indonesia (APTIKIS Indonesia) held a National Working Meeting (Rapat Kerja Nasional/Rakernas) as part of its efforts to strengthen academic governance within Islamic Private Higher Education Institutions (PTKIS) that are moderate, inclusive, and grounded in the values of Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin.
The meeting was conducted at Sukajadi Hotel and Gallery, Bandung, West Java, and was attended by leaders and representatives of PTKIS from various regions across Indonesia. The Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education (FAIPG) of Universitas Djuanda participated in the event, represented by Mrs. Tuti Kurnia, S.P., M.Si., Vice Dean for Academic Affairs.
The National Working Meeting served as a strategic forum for formulating policy directions, evaluating programs, and designing concrete measures to enhance the quality of Islamic higher education. One of the key agendas of the meeting was the signing of joint agreements as a form of collective commitment to strengthening institutional synergy and the development of PTKIS academic systems.
The signing ceremony was carried out in an orderly and solemn manner, symbolizing collaboration and shared responsibility in advancing the quality of Islamic higher education in Indonesia.
Through this National Working Meeting, APTIKIS Indonesia is expected to produce policies and programs that are adaptive to contemporary developments, while remaining firmly rooted in Islamic values, national principles, and professionalism in higher education governance.
