Bogor, July 6, 2026 – The Islamic Education Management Student Association (HIMA MPI) of the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education, Djuanda University, successfully organized a National Webinar titled "The Secret Power of Planning in Leading Organizations to Leap into the Digital Era." The webinar was conducted online via Zoom Meeting and attended by 66 participants from diverse backgrounds, including university students, teachers, school principals, school students, Islamic boarding school students, and members of the general public.
The webinar aimed to enhance participants' understanding of the importance of planning as a fundamental function of organizational management while equipping them with strategies for building effective organizations amid the rapid advancement of digital technology. Through this program, participants were expected to develop more adaptive planning strategies, optimize the use of technology, and strengthen their leadership skills in addressing contemporary challenges.
The webinar featured Imas Haedaroh, S.Sos., who presented several key topics, including planning from an Islamic perspective, the seven secrets of effective planning and the exemplary leadership of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), experiences in overcoming challenges in the digital era, and simulations of psychological approaches to fostering effective teamwork.
During her presentation, Imas Haedaroh, S.Sos., emphasized the importance of thorough planning as the foundation of organizational success.
"Good planning is half the success of an organization, especially in today's era of digital transformation. An adaptive leader is one who can plan for the future without losing the values of exemplary leadership."
Participants demonstrated great enthusiasm throughout the webinar. The discussion session became one of the most engaging segments, with numerous questions regarding the challenges of digital transformation in education, the readiness of human resources to adapt to change, and strategies for developing sustainable organizational planning. The active interaction between the speaker and participants reflected the strong interest in strengthening leadership and organizational management competencies.
Through this webinar, HIMA MPI Djuanda University hopes to continue contributing to the development of high-quality human resources who possess strategic, adaptive, and innovative thinking skills.
