The Arabic Language Education Study Program Student Association (HIMA PBA) Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDA) held activities to commemorate World Arabic Language Day on Thursday, 19 December 2024.
Present to give a speech, UNIDA Deputy Chancellor I, Aal Lukmanul Hakim, S.H., M.H said that Arabic must be used at the Bertauhid Campus.
"In accordance with UNIDA's vision of international standards, students need to have international language skills, one of which is Arabic. Therefore, it is necessary to get used to the program Arabic Day", where there is a mandatory day for students to use Arabic," he said.
Meanwhile, the Chair of HIMA PBA UNIDA, Muhammad Hilman Pramoedya Wardana, in his interview said that the activities to commemorate World Arabic Language Day this time were carried out using an Arabic cultural approach.
"This activity combines performance, speech, storytelling and poetry, all delivered in Arabic," he said.
"The commemoration of World Arabic Language Day has stimulated the enthusiasm of PBA UNIDA students to continue to have a positive impact in making UNIDA a superior campus with international standards," he continued.
