Bogor — The Heads of Laboratories (Kalab) of the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education (FAIPG), Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA), held a socialization session on academic administrative procedures for final-year students on Thursday (April 9, 2026). The activity was conducted online via Zoom Meeting at 10:00 WIB.
The session featured three Laboratory Heads: Siti Khumairotuzzahra, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the Arabic Language Education Study Program (PBA) Laboratory; Sobrul Laeli, S.Pd.I., M.Pd., Head of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) Laboratory; and Novi Maryani, M.Pd.I., Head of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (MPI) Laboratory.
During the session, the speakers explained the procedures or flowchart for plagiarism checking, the process for submitting thesis defense and diploma recommendations, as well as the verification of graduation requirements that must be fulfilled by final-year students.
This activity aimed to help students clearly understand the administrative procedures, thereby minimizing errors in submitting academic documents prior to the thesis defense and graduation.
In addition to the presentation, participants were also given the opportunity to ask questions regarding challenges faced during the administrative process.
Through this socialization, students are expected to complete their final academic processes smoothly and in a timely manner.
