Group 06 KKN Students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDA) held teacher partner activities at SDN Cisalada 02 Pasir Jaya Village. This activity is one of the keys to improving the quality of education. In this teacher partner activity, students are not only agents of social change, but also strategic partners for teachers in bringing innovation and renewal to the school environment. This activity was carried out over a period of approximately 30 days with a total of 15 meetings. In this series of activities, students carry out teaching activities in class, and carry out library recapitulations, as well as carrying out other work programs that have a target place in school.
Collaboration between students and teachers in KKN is also realized in creative development. For example, in the field of literacy, students can help design reading activities that are more interactive and interesting. They can hold writing competitions, create reading clubs, or even set up mini libraries at school. Programs like this not only help improve students' literacy skills, but also foster their interest in books and knowledge.
One of the challenges in regional education is the suitability of the curriculum to local conditions. Through KKN, students can work together with teachers to adapt learning materials to local contexts, so that they are more relevant and easy for students to understand. For example, in science and science subjects, students can help teachers in integrating local knowledge into lesson material, so that students can better understand the environment and history of their own region.
Through this close collaboration, we hope that the quality of education in the Pasir Jaya Village area can continue to improve, bringing a positive impact to the progress of education in the village.
