Djuanda University continues outreach and introduction efforts to school students in Palabuhan Ratu with a focus on the Sharia Banking Study Program. The team from Djuanda University visited several schools in the area with the aim of providing in-depth information about study programs related to sharia finance. (01/03/2024)
This visit was part of an outreach program initiated by Djuanda University to provide a clearer picture of the importance of understanding the field of sharia banking and the career opportunities that are wide open for graduates of this study program.
"Sharia banking is one of the sectors that is growing rapidly in the global economy, including in Indonesia. Through the sharia banking study program, we want to provide opportunities for students to understand the basic principles of sharia banking, related practices, as well as the career potential they have inside," said Dr. Ahmad Basuki, Chancellor of Djuanda University.
During this visit, students are invited to take part in a presentation that will discuss various aspects of the sharia banking study program, including curriculum, teaching methods, laboratory facilities, and internship opportunities and collaboration with industry. Students are also given the opportunity to discuss directly with lecturers and academic staff who are experienced in the field of sharia banking.
Djuanda University is committed to continuing to provide quality education that is relevant to the needs of the job market, including in the field of sharia banking which has bright prospects in the future. By understanding the principles of Islamic economics and sharia-compliant banking practices, graduates are expected to make a positive contribution in developing the sharia financial sector in Indonesia.
This visit was also an opportunity for students to get to know Djuanda University, its academic environment, and the facilities available on campus. Djuanda University invites students to explore more about the Sharia Banking Study Program as well as other programs offered by the university.
