FAIPG KKN students from Djuanda Bogor University from Group 17 Kebonmanggu accompanied village officials, religious leaders, community leaders, as well as representatives of youth and youth organizations in Kebonmanggu village to organize an outreach event for the Kebonmanggu village anti-narcotics task force "Save the younger generation from drug abuse, juvenile delinquency and brawls ” (27/7/2024).
This activity aims to increase public awareness and understanding about the dangers of drugs, the importance of preventing juvenile delinquency, and effective ways to avoid conflicts such as brawls. This event is also an opportunity to strengthen synergy between village officials and the community in protecting the younger generation from various social threats that could damage their future.
Head of Kebonmanggu Village, Mr. Rasnita. D in his speech emphasized, "The future of our village really depends on the young generation. We must unite to protect them from the bad influence of drugs, deviant behavior and unnecessary conflict. "The formation of this anti-drug task force is a concrete step for us together to create a conducive environment for the growth and development of the younger generation."
This socialization presented resource persons from various fields, including drug prevention experts and educational practitioners, who provided material regarding the dangers of drugs, strategies for preventing juvenile delinquency, and mediation methods to prevent brawls.
As a result of this outreach, an Anti-Drug Task Force team was formed consisting of representatives of village officials, community leaders and youth representatives. This team will be tasked with carrying out supervision, providing regular education, and facilitating various positive activities that can divert teenagers' attention to risky behavior.
