Students of the Arabic Language Education (PBA) Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDa) held the Opening of the Arabiyyah Romance Festival (FAROBIY) at Building C, Djuanda University (5/5/2025)
This activity is a series of Arabiyyah Romance Festival (FAROBIY) events and the activity aims to increase students' love of Arabic language and culture, strengthen solidarity between students, and become a forum for creative and intellectual expression in the form of competitions and cultural performances. Apart from that, this event is also intended as a place to introduce Arabic cultural values and language to the campus community, as well as schools at large.
Participants consisted of all Arabic Language Education students, national level competition participants, members of the Djuanda University student association and BEM, lecturers in the Arabic Language Education Study Program, the Dean and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education.
The event was officially opened by the Chancellor of Djuanda University who was represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education. In his speech, he expressed his appreciation for the students' initiative in holding activities with positive academic and cultural nuances.
The opening activities went smoothly and solemnly. All participants consisting of Arabic Language Education students, national level competition participants, members of the Djuanda University Student Association and BEM, as well as lecturers from the Arabic Language Education Study Program were also present and actively participated
