Strengthen Gathering, FAIPG Invites Parents/Guardians of Class of 2020 Students

The Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDA) held a socialization of final studies and a gathering of parents/guardians of students in the class of 2020. This activity was held in Room G5.05 on Tuesday (5/12/2023) and was attended by the Deputy Non-Academic Dean Abdul Kholik, M.Pd.I along with the ranks of Faculty structural officials and parents of students from the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education class of 2020. This activity aims to convey information related to the final studies that will be taken by students and to strengthen the relationship between institutions with the Student's Parents/Guardians.

In his speech, Abdul Kholik, M.Pd.I said that the responsibility for education is not only on educational institutions but also on families, in this case parents and society, have a shared responsibility. Therefore, this activity was held for synergy between institutions and parents to ensure the success and smoothness of students' final assignments.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the main aim of this activity is friendship, hereby we also convey that the responsibility for education is a shared responsibility. "Therefore, hopefully this activity will be the first step in synergy between institutions and parents to monitor and make the final assignments of our children (students) a success." he said.

Parents' enthusiasm for participating in the activity was shown by the large number of people who attended and actively asked questions in the question session. One parent of a student on behalf of the AF PBS study program expressed his response that this activity was very positive and useful.

 "This activity is very good, it's the first time because when I was a student, maybe this was the first time. Hopefully this will be a good first step for the future." he said.
