The Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDA) organizes religious study activities. The theme of this activity is "Maintaining Consistency of Worship After the Month of Ramdhan". (23/03/2024).
This activity will take place online via zoom meeting on Saturday, March 23 2024, from 13.00 WIB to 14.4500 WIB. This event was attended by lecturers and students from the PGSD Study Program. The purpose of holding this religious study is the monotheism program of the PGSD Study Program itself, by holding this religious study, namely to find out how to maintain the consistency of our worship after Ramadan. This activity was opened by the Head of the PGSD Study Program at Djuanda University, namely Mrs. Dr. Helmia Tasti Adri, M.Pd.Si. he said that this activity was held thanks to collaboration between the committee, namely PGSD students who are members of Hima PGSD and PGSD lecturers.
The research material that has been presented by Mrs. Dr. Mr. R. Siti Pupu Fauziah, M.Pd.I explained that it is obligatory for those who believe and those who do not believe to fast so that you will be pious, because fasting is a gateway for you to be more pious. The promises of Allah SWT for those who fast include khisabah to be happy and to hope, but if we do not hope and be happy then our faith is even less. When we are happy, expectant and sincere, then our faith is so high that we can be steadfast in carrying out the commandments of Allah SWT during this month of Ramadhan with sincerity. Then, how to maintain the consistency of worship in the month of Ramadhan and after Ramadhan? in maintaining the consistency of worship which is done by a strong and sincere faith so that we can be consistent in worship, not only during Ramadan but after Ramadan. This Ramadan is a means of education and training in improving worship when our faith is good and strong so that we can continue to carry out worship or God's command both at the beginning of Ramadan and after the month of Ramadan. In addition to maintaining the consistency of worship with faith, that is by choosing good friends and surroundings. In maintaining the consistency of our worship, we must be careful in choosing a pious friend. Because, it will always lead to a good path and always invite good things. So on the other hand, if we don't have pious friends then they will always invite and do things that are not. In addition, a good home environment can maintain the consistency of worship, if our neighbors are good it will lead to goodness and provide support for istiqomah in worship.
May the spirit and istiqomah of our Ramadan not only in this holy month. However, in other months as well, both lecturers and students strengthen each other to always maintain faith and monotheism so that we can always be steadfast in the path of Allah SWT. This event lasted for 1 hour 45 minutes, starting with the reading of prayers by Saripudin from PGSD students, remarks from the Chair of the PGSD Study Program by Mrs. Dr. Helmia Tasti Adri, M.Pd, Si, then continued with the material session guided by the moderator Mr. Muhammad Ichsan, M.pd and the speaker by Mrs. Dr. Hj. R. Siti Pupu Fauziah, M.Pd.I, After the presentation of the material was complete, it was continued with a discussion or question and answer session, followed by handing over certificates to the presenters and finally a documentation session and closing prayer.
