Jakarta, 15 January 2024 - Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDA) visited the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenag RI) in Jakarta, Thursday (15/1/2024). This visit aims to establish cooperation in the fields of academic research and community service (litapdimas).
The FAIPG UNIDA group led by the Dean Dr. Zahra Khusnul Lathifah, M.Pd.I., M.C.E. received by the Head of the Research and Community Service Sub-directorate of the Directorate of Islamic Religious Higher Education (Diktis) Muhammad Aziz Hakim, MH. in the Higher Education and Higher Education Meeting Room, Indonesian Ministry of Religion Building.
During the meeting, both parties discussed various matters related to academic development and litapdimas within PTKI, especially FAIPG UNIDA. The Dean of FAIPG UNIDA said that his faculty has four study programs, namely Islamic Education Management, Arabic Language Education, Sharia Economics, and Sharia Banking. Then, the Dean of FAIPG UNIDA said that one of the study programs, namely Islamic Education Management, had received superior accreditation from LAMDIK.
"We hope to improve the quality and quantity of litapdimas at FAIPG UNIDA, so that it can make a positive contribution to the development of science, Islam and Indonesianism," said the Dean of FAIPG UNIDA.
Meanwhile, the Director of Higher Education appreciated the performance and achievements of FAIPG UNIDA in the field of litapdimas. He also said that the Indonesian Ministry of Religion provides various assistance and facilities to support litapdimas at PTKI, such as financial assistance, online applications, training, workshops, seminars, conferences and collaborative publishing.
"We are ready to help and collaborate with FAIPG UNIDA in developing litapdimas. We also hope that FAIPG UNIDA can take advantage of the assistance and facilities we provide, as well as follow the applicable rules and mechanisms," said the Head of the Litabdimas Diktis Directorate. Both parties hope that this visit can be the beginning of good and sustainable cooperation in the field of litapdimas. (FAIPG UNIDA
