The Faculty of Islamic Studies and Teacher Education (FAIPG) of Universitas Djuanda Bogor once again played an active role in supporting a national program through the involvement of its lecturer as a Field Supervisor (DPL) in the Impactful Student program organized by the Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi. The program was conducted from February 1–28 and took place in Desa Tanjungsani, Kecamatan Lubuk Basung, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, as part of efforts to strengthen students’ roles in community service and empowerment.
In this activity, Abdul Kholik, M.Pd.I., Vice Dean for Non-Academic Affairs of FAIPG Universitas Djuanda Bogor, was entrusted to serve as the Field Supervisor. He actively provided mentoring, guidance, and supervision to the students throughout the program’s implementation to ensure that each activity ran effectively and generated tangible impact for the local community.
Through this involvement, FAIPG Universitas Djuanda Bogor reaffirms its commitment to supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Berdampak policy and strengthening the synergy between higher education institutions and the community. The presence of lecturers and students in Desa Tanjungsani is expected to provide sustainable contributions while also serving as contextual learning that is relevant to the development of students’ competencies.
