The Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Agama Islam dan Pendidikan Guru (HIMA MPI FAIPG), Universitas Djuanda, successfully held the JAGO Seminar (Jalinan Asah Genggam Organisasi) under the theme “Is Joining an Organization Worth It? Exploring the Real Benefits of Student Organizations for Personal Development” on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Building C, Universitas Djuanda.
The seminar aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the importance of student organizations in developing personal capacity, leadership skills, and effective communication and collaboration. The JAGO Seminar also served as a platform to strengthen networking and collaboration among student organizations.
The event was attended by approximately 170 participants, including members of student organizations and student activity units at Universitas Djuanda, OSIS and MPK representatives from senior and vocational high schools across Bogor City and Regency, as well as student associations from various universities in the Bogor area.
The seminar was conducted in an orderly and engaging manner, beginning with the opening session and welcoming remarks, followed by a keynote presentation delivered by M. Fauzan Ramdani, and continued with an interactive discussion and question-and-answer session. Participants showed strong enthusiasm through active engagement throughout the event.
Through this seminar, participants gained new insights into the tangible benefits of organizational involvement, effective organizational management, and the significant role of student organizations in character building and personal development. It is hoped that the JAGO Seminar will encourage students and pupils to become more actively involved in organizations and to recognize their strategic value for future growth.
