Universitas Djuanda (UNIDA), through the Student Creativity Program in Community Service (PKM-PM) team, conducted a socialization of the NGAHARTI Program (Ngawangun Generasi Aktif, Harmonis, Rasional, jeung Produktif di Era Teknologi) at PKBM Ibnu Sholihat on Saturday (June 20, 2026). The program focuses on strengthening literacy, rational thinking skills, and the productive use of technology among students.
The NGAHARTI program was developed based on observations and discussions with PKBM Ibnu Sholihat, which indicated the need to enhance students’ literacy skills, reasoning abilities, and the use of technology in learning. The program is designed with a science- and technology-based approach that is aligned with the needs of students in the digital era.
The activity began with an opening session and the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, followed by the signing of a cooperation agreement between the UNIDA PKM-PM team and PKBM Ibnu Sholihat as the foundation for implementing the program.
The Head of the UNIDA PKM-PM Team, Mulqi Agist Ruslani, stated that the NGAHARTI Program is expected to serve as a platform to strengthen students’ literacy and rational thinking skills in facing the challenges of the digital era.
The Vice Principal of PKBM Ibnu Sholihat, Andrian Muhammad, S.Pd. G.R., expressed appreciation for the implementation of the program and considered it to contribute to improving students’ learning motivation and the overall quality of education within the institution.
The Head of Student Affairs Bureau of UNIDA, Berry Sastrawan, S.Sos., M.A.P., emphasized that the PKM-PM program is a form of students’ academic implementation oriented toward community service. He also hoped that the NGAHARTI program would run sustainably and provide a real impact for students.
Before the material session, students participated in a pre-test to measure their initial levels of literacy, reasoning, and technology utilization as a basis for the program’s mentoring activities.
The material was delivered by Muhammad Adrian Maulana from the UNIDA PKM-PM team. He explained that the NGAHARTI program focuses on strengthening reading literacy, developing rational thinking skills, and optimizing the productive use of technology to support the learning process.
The PKM-PM Supervisor Lecturer of UNIDA, Dr. Muhammad Rendi Ramdhani, S.Pd.I., M.Pd., emphasized the importance of literacy and critical thinking skills in facing the increasingly complex flow of digital information. He encouraged students to actively participate in the program and to use technology wisely as a tool for personal development.
The activity ran smoothly and received positive responses from the students of PKBM Ibnu Sholihat. The program is expected to strengthen students’ literacy and critical thinking skills in the digital era.
