Improve Faculty Performance, FAIPG UNIDA Collaborates with Faculty of Psychology UMB

The Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) of Djuanda University together with the Faculty of Psychology of Mercu Buana University held a Cooperation Signing Ceremony which was held at the Rectorate Building of Mercu Buana University on Monday, July 10, 2023. The meeting was to sign the text of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and Implementation Agreement (IA).

The activity was attended by Vice Rector II UNIDA, Dr. Hj. Endeh Suhartini, and staff, Dean of FAIPG UNIDA, Dr. Zahra Khusnul Latifah, M.Pd.I and staff, Dean of the Faculty of Psychology UMB, Laila Meiliyandrie Indah W, Ph.D. and staff, Dean of FKIP UT, Prof. Dr. Ucu Rahayu, M.Sc and staff, Representative of the Nusantara Scientific Psychology Consortium, Representative of Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Dr. Dg. Norizah Ag Kiflee and Representative of the University of Malaya-Wales, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mimi Fitriani, Ph.D.

UNIDA's Vice Rector II, Dr. Hj. Endeh Suhartini, S.H., M.H. expressed his gratitude to all UMB leaders for signing this collaboration. Hopefully, this cooperation can improve the performance of each institution.

"Hopefully this cooperation can provide benefits for both parties. Hopefully, we can continue to improve this cooperation so that it can open opportunities for cooperation with other faculties. Hopefully, this cooperation can improve the achievements and development of the nation, "she said.

Dean of FAIPG UNIDA, Dr. Zahra Khusnul Latifah, M.Pd.I stated that it is hoped that in the future there will be other activities that will be the implementation of this collaboration because so far research collaboration has been carried out between FAIPG UNIDA and the Faculty of Psychology UMB

"This collaboration is certainly very useful because the research collaboration that has been carried out is of international standard and its contribution is very large for accreditation both in the realm of study programs and faculties. And we have planned several cooperation programs such as writing book chapters, publication collaborations which of course can improve the performance of universities, "she said.

Furthermore, the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology UMB, Laila Meiliyandrie Indah W, Ph.D. expressed her gratitude to all parties who had attended the ceremony this time. Hopefully, the signing of this cooperation will provide many benefits for all parties and can improve the performance of each institution. And hopefully, the signing of this cooperation can be followed up and implemented with agreed programs so that cooperation can have a positive impact on each institution.

Meanwhile, the Dean of FKIP UT, Prof. Dr. Ucu Rahayu, M.Sc expressed his gratitude for his warm welcome at UMB, and this collaboration is certainly welcomed with great happiness because this collaboration will carry out various activities that have been agreed upon in this cooperation such as student exchanges, lecturers, editors, reviewers, joint publications, community service and other activities.

"It is hoped that this cooperation will not only arrive at the signing but also to its implementation," she added.

On the same occasion, a Representative of Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Dr. Dg. Norizah Ag Kiflee stated that it is hoped that this cooperation will continue and hopefully, this cooperation will continue to be continued and continue to carry out cooperation activities that can improve the performance of each university.

Then the Representative of the University of Malaya-Wales, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mimi Fitriani, Ph.D. said that with cooperation, of course, there will be several agendas that are accelerated together and will work together to improve the quality of education and will also carry out collaboration in research and collaboration for publication.

The activity continued with a discussion session and an International round table meeting related to the implementation plan of the cooperation that will be carried out, one of which is the discussion of book chapters between the parties participating in the activity.
