Increasing Collaboration, FAIPG Signs Implementation Actions (IA)

The Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University (UNIDA signed a cooperation agreement as stated in Implementation Actions (IA), through student mobility, short courses and visiting professor programs, this signing marks an important step in strengthening international relations and improving the quality of education. (09/07/2024)

Top officials from each institution attended the signing event, which took place at Djuanda University. This agreement was attended by Dr. Zahra Khusnul Lathifah, M,Pd.I., M.C.E, who is the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Religion and Teacher Education (FAIPG) Djuanda University, represented by Abdul Kholik, M.Pd.I., as Non-Academic Deputy Dean, and representatives from Taylor College, Help University, Maastricht University Netherlands, and University of Malaya Wales were also present to sign it.

In his speech, Abdul Kholik, M.Pd.I.,. convey his hopes in exploring this collaboration.

""We are very proud to be able to partner with these leading institutions, through student mobility programs, short courses and Professor visits, hopefully in Implementation Actions This will provide many opportunities for students and lecturers to expand their knowledge and skills. And we hope that this collaboration will be beneficial for all parties." he said

FAIPG students will be given the opportunity to study at University Malaya Wales, Taylor College, Help University, and Maastricht University Netherlands or beyond through the student mobility program, which will broaden their perspectives. Additionally, short course programs will provide intensive classes aimed at improving specific skills in a short period of time.

Besides that, Implementation Actions (IA) includes a Visiting Professor program where Professors from the four partner institutions will be invited to teach and share their knowledge at FAIPG. It is hoped that this program will improve the quality of teaching and research at FAIPG and strengthen international academic relations.
